Sheila Ford will be the headlining vocalist for the 1st Billie Holiday Jazz Concert at Lafayette Square, in conjunction with the Billie Holiday Project for Liberations Arts at Johns Hopkins University. The band will consist of Peabody Conservatory's elite staff of musicians.
